Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026Navarre is far from Tequisquiapan, but that is where the story of this house begins, with Don Emilio Ochoa Pulido, who according to the family left his descendants a wine tradition of more than a century. The Ochoas brought it to Mexico and in 2010 formalized it in Tequisquiapan, under the name of the town that hosts the Feria Nacional del Queso y el Vino (the National Cheese and Wine Fair).
The winery opens every day at noon. Its basic tasting serves three glasses with a board of cheeses and cold cuts, bread, olive oil, truffle, and dark chocolate, and there is also a pairing tasting with charcoal-fired pizzas and breakfasts at the winery. Tastings are booked online.
