The house

The vendimia is the festival of Vinícola El Paraíso. Every summer it gathers people among its vines with food and live music, from DJ to flamenco to rock, and in 2026 it reached its fourth edition within the Vendimias Guanajuato program.

The young vineyard was planted in 2015 with Malbec, Merlot, and Syrah, and later added Sauvignon Blanc and Tempranillo. It brought in its first harvest in 2017 and at first made wine with the help of neighboring vineyards, until in 2022 it began making it in its own winery, on the estate. Today it bottles whites, rosés, and reds, and is in Dolores Hidalgo, on the highway to San Miguel de Allende.
