The place
The Tres Raíces hotel is inside the winery, an estate that a Mexican family has farmed since 2012. Its twelve suites are bungalow style, with a pool and a view of the vineyard. The estate has two restaurants. One serves contemporary Mexican cooking with products of the Bajío, a tasting menu of three and five courses, and pairings with the house labels, on a terrace facing the vines. The other is chef-driven cooking built around wine. The winery visit includes a guided walk among the vines and a tasting.
