The house
Huerta Manzanares, in the Sierra de Arteaga, Coahuila, is apple country. Among its fruit trees, which include cherry and quince, it planted vines as an experiment, and from that vineyard comes D'Guadiana, the label dedicated to Don Armando Guadiana.
The house does not make its own wine. The grapes are worked with Bodegas del Viento, another Arteaga house, and from there come young wines with a year in barrel.
