Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026Santa Catalina celebrated its first vendimia in October 2022, with grape stomping, and has repeated the festival every October since. About 247 acres (100 hectares) in San Miguel de Allende carry vines and also olive trees and lavender, and the estate is part of the La Santísima Trinidad group.
There is a ten-room boutique hotel, a restaurant, a spa, a pool, bikes to ride among the vines, and dinners on the lake dock. The development's winery lets the owner of a lot have their harvest made into wine, with bottle, cork, and label. The community has tastings of the house wines and lavender and olive workshops.
