The house
Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026In San Miguel de Allende, whoever buys a house or a lot at La Santa Vid receives an annual allotment of bottles of the estate's own wine.
The project revolves around a wine center of about 65,000 square feet (6,000 square meters) that organizes tastings, pairings, and viticulture workshops, and adds an equestrian club, a chapel, and a hotel. The house also hosts limited-capacity events among the vines.
