The house
Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026Among the mountains that surround Parras de la Fuente, at about 5,400 ft (1,650 m) above sea level and some 15 minutes from the center, is the Don Perfecto vineyard, at the Cordillera Real de Parras winery. According to the house, the elevation brings days of strong sunlight and cool nights, and the groundwater is of good quality.
The project began in 2017, when its owners saw that the land was suited to planting vines. Today it bottles six wines from vines brought from France, from the rosé to the Syrah Gran Reserva. Tastings and visits are booked with the house, which also has a hall and a terrace for events and weddings.

Reds named for their grape, a blend with Malbec, and a rosé. Above them all is the Syrah Gran Reserva, which spends 24 months in American oak barrels, according to the house.
