The place
In the Esmeralda neighborhood of Parras de la Fuente, the country development Los Durmientes has a 22-room hotel, seven cabins surrounded by gardens, and a family vineyard. The pool is inside the hotel, and the complex adds a spa, a gym, and padel courts. The restaurant, Andén XVI, looks out on the vines. The vineyard does not yet bottle wine under its own label, but it already holds a harvest. The first was on August 1, 2026, with a bohemian night the evening before and a cowboy dress code.
