The place

Loup calls itself a bar vivant, and the phrase fits the wine as well as the kitchen. It opened in 2017 on Calle Tonalá, in Roma Norte, with a list of small lots, mostly European, from producers who care for the land so the wine keeps the character of the soil. The kitchen uses fresh, organic ingredients, local when possible. The plates are small but enough for dinner, and for a change there is vermouth with a touch of sparkling wine. The carefully chosen music accompanies the tables.
