The place

Sarde occupies the ground floor of a period mansion on Calle Puebla, in Roma Norte, at the corner of Córdoba. Its cooking is contemporary and seafood-focused, with local ingredients and sustainable fishing, and the menu changes with the season and with what comes in from the sea. The menu shows raw dishes, sashimi, oysters from Ensenada, a neighboring city of Guadalupe Valley, grilled fish, and sardine tostadas. There is a glass of the day that changes with the menu, and among the drinks are amari.
