The place
Provocateur does not take wine solemnly. It is a wine bar and shop at Guadalajara 21 A, in Roma Norte, run by a sommelier and importer, and whatever is poured at the bar or at the tables by the windows can be taken home by the bottle. The room is small, with space for fewer than fifty people. The tapas are inspired by the travels of its owner and go with a list designed for trying wines one glass at a time.
