The house
Hasen presents itself as a one-hundred-percent Mexican winery and says it is dedicated to finding out which grapes adapt to the Aguascalientes terroir. From the city of Aguascalientes it oversees the whole process, from vineyard to barrel, cork, and bottle.
Its Stacatto Rosato, a Malbec rosé, took the Grand Gold at the Concurso de Vinos Hidrocálidos. The 2022 Hasen Blanco was among the gold-medal labels at the tenth Aguascalientes Wine Fair, in March 2026, where the house also exhibited. It also makes an aged Malbec.
