The house
Rosendo Sánchez is a pediatric surgeon who planted his own vineyard west of the city of Aguascalientes, next to Tierra Tinta and Bodegas de la Parra. From the start, he says, he has worked it organically.
He grows Malbec and Tempranillo, which he has bottled under his own label since 2021, and also makes a white. The visit tours the vineyard and ends with a tasting, and the wines are served with wood-fired pizzas, facing the Cerro del Muerto.
