The house
In La Quemada, a community in the municipality of Salvatierra, in southern Guanajuato, a vineyard makes handcrafted wines from its own grapes. It is far from the San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo circuit, and it is not the same house as Vinícola Maravillas, in García, Nuevo León.
Its date of the year is the vendimia, which in 2026 reached its eighth edition with a family program, music, food, and a tour of the winemaking process. Outside those dates there are no published visiting hours, so it is best to ask before you go.
