DBC honors Don Beto Cobos, Hermelinda is named for Doña Hermelinda Rojas, and Recuento includes at least one red made with grapes from Guadalupe Valley, in Baja California. The house describes itself as a young project of microlots.
The visit tours the vineyard and the winery and continues with a tasting of three or five wines led by a sommelier, with regional cheeses or cold cuts. In the same vineyard is Cartinto House, the house's country-cooking restaurant, and the winery organizes tastings and special events.
