The place
At Córdoba 104, in Roma Norte, Selva is a natural wine bar with a vinyl listening room. The setting is a jungle, with a sloth as the mascot, spread over two floors. The wine list runs through sparkling, white, rosé, orange, and red wines from Spain, Argentina, Italy, Germany, and Mexico, and changes with what is in stock. There are also classic and signature cocktails. The house cocktail is called Perezoso (Sloth) and mixes rosé wine with guava, strawberry, and rhubarb cordial, and Aperol.
