The place
In San Cristóbal Zapotitlán, in the municipality of Jocotepec and on the shore of Lake Chapala, Quinta Fabiana is a boutique hotel that grew up around a vineyard. It has a spa and a restaurant, and the Guadalajara press has told its story. The vineyard is part of the hotel. It has Syrah, Tempranillo, and Palomino, and yields two harvests a year. The Syrah was planted in 2018 with vines brought from Spain, and since 2023 the hotel has celebrated a harvest each year among its rows.
