The place
Cava Charmat selects wines that are not plentiful on the usual shelves and sells them with personal advice in a boutique in the Circunvalación Vallarta neighborhood of Guadalajara. It organizes guided tastings and private events made to measure, and offers a monthly subscription with a selection put together by a sommelier that arrives at your door.
