The house
Pudenciana Madero, daughter of Evaristo Madero and aunt of Francisco I. Madero, gives her name to this small Parras winery, which is shared by the three daughters of Eduardo Narro, a descendant of that family and the owner of the vineyard. They make reds from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Tempranillo in small lots, with the harvest done by hand.
Inside the estate there are houses and suites, a restaurant called Clandestino that cooks to go with the wines, and a workshop, Vino Creación, where each visitor builds their own blend and takes it home bottled and labeled. The house celebrates its harvest festival every year, and in 2026 it was among those that joined the state's season.
