The place
The cellar of Tierras de Uva holds about five hundred labels from small, organic, and biodynamic producers, almost all Spanish, with some bottles from France and Portugal. There are Rioja and Ribera del Duero, and also reds from Rías Baixas and biodynamic wines from Bierzo. The space at Sinaloa 74, in Roma Norte, works as a gourmet shop and a wine bar at once. At the bar you order a glass with a board of cured meats and cheeses, and then move on to the roomy terrace. On the shelves are tinned fish, such as squid in ink, and Iberian ham. It also sells online, and its club sends bottles every month.
