Matian has 14 rooms of four types on Calle Centenario Norte, three blocks from downtown Tequisquiapan. The Deluxe has a king bed for two, the Deluxe Superior a queen and a sofa bed for three, the Superior Deluxe Double a queen and a double for four, and the Familiar Suite a king, a queen, and a sofa bed for five. The last three face the pool and the garden. The bed linens are 300 thread count, and there are robes, slippers, and AgaveSpa amenities. Oliva Spa offers treatments and wellness rituals, and there is also a restaurant and a bar. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, there is parking, and the hotel helps book tours and airport transfers. The whole hotel is smoke-free.
