About this event
Platœ de Campo is an open-air communal dinner by Æmbers Mar y Tierra, a restaurant in Las Tunas, in Todos Santos. It is served on a field at the top of Calle Pitahaya, on the way to Las Playitas, on three dates, all Fridays at 6 p.m.: November 20 and December 11, 2026, and January 8, 2027.
The menu pays tribute to the harvest of land and sea, with several courses cooked over open fire and finished with house ferments, served at shared tables and paired with regional wines, after a welcome drink and with live guitar. The restaurant does not reveal the dishes or the wineries in advance, and it offers house-made drinks to guests who do not drink alcohol if they let it know ahead of time.
It is more a long sunset dinner than a tasting, and the wine is there to go with the food. If the weather does not allow the dinner, it is postponed and the reservation is valid for the new date.
