Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026In the Haz tu vino (Make Your Wine) workshop at Vinos del Marqués, the visitor blends three varieties, bottles, and puts on their own label. It is done with a vineyard tour and a sensory workshop, for groups of at least four people who book a week ahead.
The house has made table wine since 2013 in the Valle del Marqués, in Querétaro, at about 6,560 ft (2,000 m), on the road to Atongo. Its labels include Música del Marqués, with Syrah, and Poesía de la Marquesa, a white, which are tried in tastings of three or five wines. Every year it celebrates its vendimia.
