The house
The Xita Corpus, an Otomi ritual that celebrates the union of sky, earth, and spirit, is the reference for Tierra y Almas, a vineyard in Pañhé, in the municipality of Tecozautla, Hidalgo. It opened in 2023, celebrated its first anniversary in July 2024, and in August 2025 held its first vendimia, with a new label. Its range is called Alma and runs from a young Malbec red to a Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva, with a rosé and a sparkling wine in between.
On the estate there is a Museo del Vino (Wine Museum) on the process, the parts of the vine, aromas, and barrels, plus a restaurant, tours with a tasting, and lodging among the vines, Alma Veintitrés. It is at km 23.5 of state highway 30.
