The house
Miguel Hernández is a winemaker who wants to bring wine back to Puebla. He works with vineyards spread across several municipalities of the state, among them San Andrés Cholula and Calpan, and brings that fruit together in a winery of his own where he makes his wines.
The house bottles several labels of its own. In San Pedro Cholula it opened a cellar where they can be tasted and bought, and it has held open-house days to show the work of the winery up close.
