The place

With embers as its axis, Zeru cooks like a Basque grill at Monte Everest 635, in Lomas de Chapultepec. The menu rests on fish and shellfish grilled over embers and on rice baked in a charcoal oven, within an Iberian and Basque line. The Star Wine List 2026 recognizes its wine list. In the same dining room, Zeru has hosted TERRA, a pairing dinner in which the wine is chosen first and the chef designs each dish from the label, with sommeliers explaining each combination. In its first edition, in November 2024, the menu ran fourteen courses and added beer and sotol to the wine.
