The place
Travieso Travieso opens Thursday through Saturday on Calle Chihuahua, in Roma Norte, and changes character as the night goes on. First it is a natural wine bar of small producers, with a kitchen that rotates every week in the hands of guest chefs. Later the lights go down, a DJ comes in and the tables give way to a dance floor that runs until 2 a.m. The music is eclectic and the bar stays the same from one week to the next, even if the food changes.
