The place
The bar sits across from the Italian restaurant Romeo y Julieta, at the foot of the Pedregal, on Boulevard Marina in Cabo San Lucas. A glass wall opens the room to a patio with fire pits. Inside there are sofas, upholstered chairs, and a three-sided bar that lets you chat with whoever is pouring, and a communal table for big groups or for meeting other wine fans. The interior is art deco, with glossy surfaces and geometry on the floor. The list has labels from several regions of the world, with champagne and prosecco among them, as well as cocktails, spirits, and craft beer. For food there are tapas and a board with cheeses, cold cuts, olives, and crackers. It opens from the afternoon on.
