The place
Inside the Viceroy Los Cabos, on Paseo Malecón San José, The Wine Room is the lounge where a sommelier presents the terroirs of Mexico and other regions of the world, with tastings and events throughout the year. The private tasting of Mexican wine runs every day from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., by reservation, and follows the path from grape to glass to understand how wine is made in the country.
