The place
In Huatulco, La Cava Chahue has its shop inside Sea Soul, on the boulevard of Chahué Bay. The house works with reds, whites, orange wines, sparkling wines, rosés, and natural wines, and adds digestifs, mezcal, and craft beer. The catalog is organized by country, with Argentina, Chile, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the United States, plus a Mexico section. It also puts together wine packages and keeps a club of friends of the house. The tastings are relaxed in-person gatherings, with a pairing prepared for the occasion, new releases, and a surprise. The brand has other shops in Oaxaca and in the Hipódromo Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, and makes local deliveries.
