The place
Glou Glou is the wine bar of the adults-only hotel CasaTO, in Brisas de Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. The list is built from pét-nat and organic wines, light whites, orange wines, and soft reds of low alcohol, the kind of light, fresh wines known as glou glou. The kitchen works with seasonal produce and thinks each dish together with its glass. There is breakfast, and the bar opens Thursday through Tuesday.
