The place

Hacienda Lagunillas keeps its beams, adobe walls, and traditional fountains in Lagunillas, Huimilpan. Its hotel has 21 rooms in two sections. The hacienda section offers single and double suites and a bridal suite, and the vineyard section a single suite, a junior suite, and a master suite, with open views of the landscape. The spa has a sauna, and the hotel adds an indoor pool and the bar El Gobernador. For receptions there is the terrace La Vista, with room for 450 people, La Troje and the Patio Central, for 300 between the two, and the Plataforma Verde, an esplanade for events of 500 to 5,000 people. The cellar takes up to 25 people. For religious ceremonies it has the Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, consecrated, with room for 160 people. The estate's vineyards can be visited.
