The place

Copetín was conceived for talking about wine and eating with it, in a small space on Calle Río Hudson, in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood. The kitchen adjusts to what is in the glasses, and each month a young chef or pastry cook from the city takes over the stove with a pop-up. It opens Tuesday through Saturday, from 3 p.m. until 11 p.m.
