The place
The almazara (olive mill) at Rancho Olivares was the industrial mill where olives were pressed. Today it is a hall for weddings and events in Guadalupe Valley (Valle de Guadalupe), with the building redesigned for celebrations, a fireplace, and fire pits. Ceremonies are held outdoors, among olive trees and vineyards, and the house provides the banquet. Rancho Olivares, according to travel guides, is a small community within the valley, with an olive grove and a vineyard around it. It is not a winery and does not advertise tastings for the public. Dates, spaces, and capacity are arranged by email, by phone, or through its events page.
