The Prélude of La Paulée México is two lunches devoted to Burgundy with the producers Antoine Jobard and Thibaud Clerget. The Rare Wine Lunch is on October 20 at Lotti and the Gala Lunch on October 21 at BACANAL, both in Roma Norte.
The Gala Lunch is built around shared wines: each guest brings their own Burgundies, in addition to the event's selections, and tasting every label is not guaranteed. Tickets are sold out, and the official website offers a waiting list.
