The Baja Culinary Fest brings cooks from the region together in Tijuana for pairing dinners, each one at a different restaurant. For 2026 it is announced from Friday, October 16, to Sunday, October 18, according to the calendar of this site's owner, which cites the organizing committee through the Baja California government.
The 2026 format is partial: only the pairing dinners at Tijuana restaurants are known. The food expo open to the public, which in 2024 was the last day, has no confirmed date or venue. The dates of the dinners match those of the eighth edition, in 2024, and we have not yet found a 2026 announcement confirming them, so they are to be confirmed.
In 2024 each dinner had a capacity of close to sixty people, and tickets were sold through the festival's social media.
