Legal notice about a review

For personal data, defamation by false facts, copyright, intimate content, threats or orders from an authority. A member of the team reviews it, not an automated system.

If you simply disagree with a review, the winery can reply to it for free from its panel. We never edit anyone's text, we do not give the identity of an author without an order from a competent authority and we do not handle notices by phone or WhatsApp. The first name of whoever attended a visit is allowed. The notice form is only available in Spanish: Aviso legal sobre una opinión (in Spanish). You can also write to [email protected] with your name, your relationship to the case, the link to the review, the reason, the exact passage and an explanation. We make a first analysis within 2 business days; meanwhile the review stays visible, except for confirmed personal data or threats.

We use this data only to handle the notice, according to the privacy notice. We do not share it with the author of the review.
