The place
Villa Garven sits on a hillside of Rancho Encuentro, next to Encuentro Guadalupe, and is rented whole: five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and room for up to 14 guests. The beds add up to seven, two kings and five queens, so a big group does not need to spread across several houses. Inside are a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub, and a common area where the fireplaces burn. Outside, terraces look over the countryside, and an outdoor dining area has room for everyone's table. The pool and the lounge area are shared with Encuentro Guadalupe, a short walk away, and its restaurant is open to those staying at the villa. Garven is the one that works for an extended family or a group of friends who want to sleep under one roof and sit at one table. The property holds several houses that can also be booked separately.
