The place
On the El Tigre road, entered through Rancho Hacienda Las Delicias, Sirius Valle takes adults only. Its rooms are named for constellations, and the king rooms have electric blinds and a skylight for looking at the night sky. The main rooms measure more than 430 sq ft (40 sq m) and have two levels. La Luna adds a single bed. Every room has a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, and a private bath. The hotel has a pool open all year, a hot tub, a bar, a garden, and continental breakfast. It sells packages for romance, anniversaries, and birthdays, plus one for the spa, one for the hot tub, and transfers. The hotel is aimed at couples who travel to celebrate something and want to fall asleep under the sky. For dinner out, the hotel's website points to restaurants and wineries in El Tigre and El Porvenir.
