The place
Ruta del Vino San Luis organizes tours of the state's wineries, vineyards, and mezcal distilleries, and designs events inside a vineyard or a mezcal distillery. Among the visits it offers are Cava Quintanilla, Hacienda Peotillos, and Viña Cordelia. There is also a visit to the Patatús mezcal distillery with a mixology workshop, which adds Pozo de Luna and Viña Cordelia, and a pairing at the Museo Leonora Carrington.
