The place
Los Toneles opened in 2005 in the colonia Burócrata, in San Luis Potosí, with a menu of steaks and grilled meats. Part of its kitchen cooks over wood, and the bar leans on mixology and wine. The cellar holds more than 600 labels, and the same family founded Gran Tonel, the winery that makes wine from San Luis Potosí grapes. The brand has another restaurant in Puerto Vallarta.
