Ojo Azul Resort is a hotel, winery, restaurant and event venue in Francisco Zarco, on Camino Vecinal 8C-2. It has 30 rooms with vineyard views. The Deluxe rooms with a patio add a small wine bar and an outdoor fire pit, and a Deluxe for family visits has a king bed and a sofa bed, with room for up to three people. The restaurant Almatierra cooks over wood with local, seasonal produce. Below it is the winery's cellar, where the wine rests in French and American oak barrels. The hotel adds a spa and event rooms. You book online or by WhatsApp. Hotel, dinner and tasting fit in one place, which is why the estate also hosts weddings and gatherings whose guests stay overnight.
