The place
NÜ Tulum serves contemporary, chef-driven Mexican cooking, made collaboratively, with ingredients from the Caribbean Sea, the Maya jungle, and local producers. It serves dinner Wednesday through Monday, from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., at the km 8.7 marker of the road to Boca Paila. The tasting menu is called Undelivered Letters. The cocktails are signature creations and the bar holds a selection of 30 mezcals. The Michelin Guide includes it among its places in Tulum, and each night it keeps some tables for guests without a reservation.
