The place
A good part of the life of La Fiambrería, a gourmet shop with a wine bar in Condesa, revolves around Mexican wine. Each month it puts together a club with bottles from small producers around the country, paired with cheeses and charcuterie from the house. It also offers guided tastings with a sommelier, with boards for pairing, at the shop or wherever the group chooses, and workshops. Its calendar includes tastings from other countries, such as one of Argentine wines from the Hileras del Sol winery. It also organizes trips to Mexican vineyards, from Guadalupe Valley to Querétaro, with winery visits, private tastings, and meals.
