The place
Hotel Flores de Sal has twenty rooms in the Ejido El Porvenir, among vineyards and hills, in a style its own website describes as rustic with touches of elegance. The rooms come in several categories: classic, single, double, with a private garden, with a balcony and a view, and two presidential suites, one of them with a jacuzzi. Some include a private fire pit. Outside there is an outdoor pool with a second pool attached, and a jacuzzi. The hotel kitchen serves breakfast, dinner and room service, along with a cocktail bar, and its menu draws on ingredients from the valley. To book there are two lines, one for guest service and one that answers only on WhatsApp. It is a midsize hotel for couples and groups who want a kitchen of their own without leaving the property, in El Porvenir, one of the valley's wine communities.
