The place
Casa Michaus has four rooms, and each opens onto its own terrace. The Deluxe, at about 430 square feet (40 sq m), is for two adults. All have air conditioning and heating, a desk, a coffee maker, a minibar, and glassware. Outside are a pool, a garden, a fire-pit area, and free parking, and continental breakfast is included. It is in Ejido El Porvenir. The Emeve winery and the ejido park are about a 15-minute walk away, and other wineries and restaurants are a short drive. The house has Wi-Fi, resident dogs, and exterior security. The fire-pit area is for closing out the afternoon, and the desk is for working a few hours. The site offers online booking. You can book through the site, by phone, or on Instagram. Small and quiet, the house suits couples who want silence at night and nearby wineries in the afternoon.
