The place

Alma de Agua was built for weddings from the start, on Highway 200, in La Trinidad. It has four settings, a garden of about 108,000 square feet (10,000 square meters), a ceremony area on an island, a vineyard, and an enclosed hall with a view of the garden. The space can be rented on its own, with a banquet from outside vendors, or as a full package, and the house has event coordinators and designers. Visits are by appointment. For wine there is a separate experience, Diseña y embotella tu vino (Design and Bottle Your Wine). It can be a bottle with a custom label or a session with cheese pairings, three wines to taste, and a guide to making your own blend. It is booked one day ahead.
