The place

Sin Cruda combines, on Calle Dinamarca in the Juárez neighborhood, a natural wine bar, a cocktail bar, and a kitchen of its own. The name refers to the wine, made with minimal intervention and without the additives of conventional wine. The house cocktails use wine derivatives, such as vermouth, sherry, and port, and there are also drinks without alcohol. The kitchen puts plates in the center to try several, such as croquettes and a savory churro with jocoque (a strained, tangy yogurt), olives, and fresh herbs. Every so often it collaborates with guest restaurants and bartenders.
