The place
The Providencia Hotel is on Avenida Hidalgo, a few steps from the Zacatecas cathedral, the Teatro Calderón, the cable car, and the Cerro de la Bufa. The heritage suites, numbers one through seven, are on the upper floor, and the inter suites on the ground floor. The Cava San Vicente is private and holds regional wines and Zacatecas mezcals, for adults only. It is reserved according to availability for small celebrations, experiences for couples, and private gatherings. The hotel also has the Sala San Cristóbal, a hall for up to 70 people. In the lobby there is coffee, tea, and a microwave at any hour, parking is complimentary, and the front desk provides tourist information.
