The place
Aguatinta has an indoor room for small dinners, a terrace with a deck and a projector under the stars of Mérida, a private cellar for up to ten people, and an event room for 25. It is in the México neighborhood, and on Fridays and Saturdays there is live music. Its specialty is tastings, pairings, and personal advice on wine. The list has labels from Mexico and abroad, and to go with them there are cheese boards, pizzas, pastas, and vegan dishes, as well as mezcal margaritas. It opens in the evenings, Monday through Saturday.
